Diwali is a time for family, lights, and celebration. But for many of the skilled workers, this festive season is one spent away from home and loved ones. Across 17 of our clients' construction sites, over 500 skilled carpenters and semiskilled workers are tirelessly working to bring homes to life. Living in temporary shelters, these craftsmen pour their expertise into building permanent spaces that will become cherished homes for countless families. To honor their dedication, we have extended them the warmth of Diwali, bringing a bit of festive joy to their lives.
Understanding the sacrifice and dedication they bring, we at SB felt it was essential to make Diwali special for them in a meaningful way. This year, we decided to bring them a taste of home through Faral—a delightful spread of traditional Indian snacks packed with the flavors that signify Diwali’s joy and warmth. Faral is more than just a snack; it’s a symbol of sharing, festive warmth, and the comfort of home. From temporary shelters, they create lasting spaces that families will cherish for years to come.
